Hi everyone!

I'm not too tech saavy, but I have Windows 10, & Microsoft Outlook 2010 email.  I also have a Galaxy S9.  I have been unable to have my emails deleted  from each device at the same time, & it's driving me crazy.  I've asked everyone I know & can't get help.  Meanwhile, my emails on my phone have been piling up to the point that I cannot keep up.  Can someone help me?  Should I have "changed" something when windows 10 was downloaded? Or is it in Microsoft Outlook??? Please help.  I don't understand all of the "tech lingo" when I read the troubleshooting.... I'm so frustrated. Thank you !!!
