I'm trying to import an address book to an OfficeJet 8720 Printer using the Web Jetadmin software, but when I press the 'Configure device' button after importing a csv file with contacts it shows an error. No details on the error, just that there was an error.
I'm using Web Jetadmin 10.4 SR3 on a Windows 10 64-bit PC.
I don't know if I'm missing some basic setting in order to make it work or if perhaps it doens't work with this printer? Even though as far as I have been able to find out it should.
Please ask away if any more info is needed.

I know my description of the problem is not much to go on, but please ask away for more info.
I have attached an image of the problem below:
(The error on the printer not selected is because it is offline. The warning triangle on the one selected is because the Black cartridge is used. I don't expect that to be the problem when trying to import an email address..?)
