Product: Envy 23 all-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I want to upgrade (if you can call it that) to Windows 10. I was running Win-10 when we crashed and experienced the Blue Screen of Death. I could only retore to Win 8.1.  Win-10 comes on USB 3.0 flash drives.  Can I load it?

Hi,

 

Yes, you can load Windows 10 from few different types of installation media (DVD or USB stick). Please change boot order from BIOS. The following link shows how to access BIOS
