Windows 10 explorer crash - posted solutions do not work.

HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a similar problem othter people have posted about:


File explorer crashes when i try to open a file.

It freezes and either 'resets' or i have to hard close it.


So far solutations that were posted do not work:

- deselecting all start up commands (via CCleaner)

- unselecting windows search in services

And using Sfc /scannow



Gives me this result:

"Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag."


Frankly I can't find any information about that last message to solve the issue (if that solves the file explorer issue even).
