Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)

Dear Support

I have a G8 Proliant DL380, product number 687570-425 , serial number (removed content)
Ive installed a SAS card HP H221 PCIe 3.0 SAS HBA product number 729552-B21 which seems to be detected fine as "LSI Adapter, SAS2 2308 mustang" assuming this is not another SAS controller related to hard disk raid.

All of this connects to HP MSL 2024 G3 SAS robotic tape library..

The tape drive worked fine when connected to our old Dell server, but is not detected on our much newer HP server.

Is there a driver update for the SAS controller? Is there any drivers or firmware  i need for any of these devices including the server. I find i can no longer located my products based on product number, or serial number on the support pages so im very confused about how to get support. Before HP would offer a DVD image which included automatic patches for all firware and software drivers, but i cant find any such tools now.

PS: Im using Windows 2012 server  x64 , with Veritas BackupExec 16 on this server. any advice or links to solution you can give will be greatly appreciated .
