hi,when I bought this laptop many years ago and it had Microsoft office and now that my laptop got wiped and upgraded to windows 10 it no longer has it.

Did you purchase the full version of Microsoft Office when you got the Notebook or was it the Trial version?

 

If it was the trial version then it would not work. But you can always download the Microsoft Office Trial version online from Microsoft Website

 

If you had paid for the Microsoft Office Software and if you had the Full Version, then I suggest you contact Microsoft and they will help you download the Software and activate it
