hi guys hope you can help me, 

 

I got for my laptop a new SSD and therefore I had to reinstall everything, I got the windows 10 up and running with all drivers, the issuie came with the office. since I bought my laptop on the web page it came with office installed, and I never suscribe my email to office. I contact office to get help and they told me to contact hp since the office came pre-installed with the laptop i dont have the product key.

 

any suggestion or anyone can help me to get office?

As we have properly understood your issue  you are facing  issue in the  office?

hi nitin,

 

yes, since I change my hard drive, I had to re-install everything. Unfortunately I could not re-install office because it came pre-install on my laptop and i did not have a product key.
