Product: hp spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased and received on Dec 2018 a brand-new HP Spectre x360 15t laptop(i7-8705G), I forgot to upgrade the Win10pro version,  can i buy it? thanks!

I am not sure if that is what you are looking for, but to upgrade your OS version you might want to follow given steps by microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12384/windows-10-upgrading-home-to-pro
