As I understand, Wireless mouse is not working, 

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

What is the product or model name?

Did you buy this mouse separately or did it come along with your PC?

When was the last time it worked fine?

Did you try changing the battery in the mouse?

Have you tried using the mouse on a different PC? 

Have you tried connecting the mouse dongle to a different USB Port?

 

Once I have the information, I'll help you further with troubleshooting steps,
