Here are just a few of the highlights of year 8:

Speaking of redesign, and because it's #ThrowbackThursday...

Can you believe the community looked like this in 2008?

Thank you all for contributing to the creation of this wonderful community over the years, one where folks can learn from and help one another and build connections.  If anyone has any favorite community moments, we'd love if you could share them in the comments.

Again, happy 8th birthday to the HP Support Forum!

Heyy,

I remember the HP site looking like that 😛

I was not part of the Support Forums back then, but if I know how great it is I would 🙂

Congratulation for 8 years of great work, knowleage sharing and camaraderie. Wish you many more years of great things.

And thank you for been a great source of information and help.

HP Support Forum has always been a fantastic platform for you to become wiser, knowledgeable and helpful each day.

Kudos to HP 👍

Time flies when we are having fun!

I am proud to have been here from the start of the forum.

Hey,

Congrats to HP and to the SCC / forum team. Happy Birthday ! I am sure it has been wonderful 8 years !

Every single day at the English HP forum community is a day well spent. You get to learn new thing, you have a chance to meet someone else with an HP device and what is most important you have a chance to help users in need, to assist them, to guide them, to help in fixing the issue. Nowadays we all rely on our computers, tablets, printers and the best reward is when someone smiles back and confirms you managed to help them and make their day by solving some problem (even though it was small fix, fast fix, etc..)

For me what makes this forum and the English community so great is the great variety of HP staff, experts and users. The feeling is like in Desperate Housewives' community - - just like in real like - not so small but cosy and friendly - th...

There has never been hate here, community is well moderated, forum is full of customer care and technical specialists and this is what makes the HP Support Forum and atmosphere great for perfect Social Customer Care.

Forum style now looks beter than ever - I joined the community less than 4 years ago but I still feel like it was yesterday. I will never forget @Teresa_H  who onboarded me for the forum and provided me with initial guides, onboarding training and she was very kind and helpful. It feels like it happened yesterday. I was just 3 month old HP employee back then. Then, it was Siobhan and @Sharit_S who were both also very polite and handy when assistance was needed.

Later, I had also the great chance to get to know and meet @Natalie_B  who is the best Events Manager I have ever met - very good professional. I am sure she invests a great amount of time and effort to make the magic happen. The Experts Meetups, as well as the regular HP Expert Days here at the forum that were organized - all top notch for both users, customers and participants. It was a real pleasure to join some of the expert days and the last two Meetups.

Last but not least, I am really thankful to @Bill_F  and @Debbie_L   for all the continuous efforts in assisting me and my "extended family" 🙂 of fellow experts - connecting and answering technical and other questions in our move of helping users. Thanks to all HP employees and moderators. I am very serious and it's real honour to have the chance to know you all. When you are surrounded by great people you feel better.

I hope to have the chance to write similar or better post after 8 more years in HP's English Forum Sweet 16 with even bigger and more popular community with more experts, more users, more customers,  more HP great talents.

Cheers!!! Happy Birthday , Forum !

I am proud to be a part of this team and to have had the opportunity to meet most of the HP Experts in person! What a cool job I have!

@IT_WinSec, THANK YOU for the kind words! It has been my absolute pleasure to meet you and to host the Experts at #HPMeetups over the last several years. Starting in New Orleans in 2014, to the Global event in San Francisco in 2015, to the English event in Seattle in 2015 -- and I even got to jointhe Spanish #HPMeetup16 in Barcelona this summer!! Who knows what's coming next. 😉 😉

Thank you to all of you who continue to participate on this forum.

Cheers!
