On several occasion any time i power my laptop( pavilion dv7 core i5) a message will appeared on the screen that one of the cooling fan is not working properly i'v taking it 4 techincian but any time they check they will tell me the fan is ok n suddenly the light on the control pad went off pls shuld i restore the PC by using system recovry to bring back the light? n what wl i do with the coolin fan but the la[top is not hot.
