This week, cnnrward was hoping to upgrade his RAM, so he came to the HP Support forum for the first time looking for assistance determining the maximum RAM configuration for his HP computer.

This information is typically located on HP's Customer Care website for most HP products, and in this week's showcased postlasvegaswireman was very helpful in showing cnnrward where to go.

If you need to find YOUR computer's specs, follow these steps:

    1.  Go to the HP Customer Care website
    2. Enter your product in the text box and click the "Next" button
    3. When you arrive on the correct product page (you should see a picture of your computer), click "Product Information," then click the "Product Specifications" document.

top20_2011-10-28.jpgHopefully this helps you locate the information you are looking for, but if you are still having trouble, you can always post on the forum, and one of our experts will help you out.

Now it's time to recognize the top posters of the week, and there are some BIG numbers to report!  For the first time ever, banhien grabbed the top spot with a MASSIVE 346 posts.  WOW, WOW, WOW!  Next we've got veteran computer gurus, DavidPK and erico with an admirable 234 and 219 posts respectively.  Fantastic work, everyone... congratulations!
