In the Post of the Week, ikemaz1 came to the HP Community looking for help curing errors with his device manager.  He made the smart choice to come to the boards, because his question was answered in just 6 minutes.

top20_2012-02-10.JPGPaul_Tikkanen, one of our top computer Experts was quickly able to diagnose ikemaz1's issue and solve it, in literally, minutes, recommending the proper card reader drivers for his PC.  ikemaz quickly installed the drivers and was back in business - a quote from him: "Thanks Paul! Worked great."  DavidPK, another top computing Expert on the HP Forum stopped by to offer his kudos too.  Excellent job, Paul!

Now it's time to reveal the Top 20 posters of the previous week.  Speaking of poster extraordinaire, DavidPK... he's claimed the top spot for the week with a whopping 287 posts.  Banhien and Paul_Tikkanen follow at his heels, both with over 200 posts.

To everyone who helped out another member on the forum this week, thank you.  People like you are what make the HP Consumer Support Forum so successful.

Sixteen years ago I would have gone to the supplier and buy a new printer. If there was ever a 'beginner', I'd be up with the top five.  Folks I know are working folks and did not have the time to help me on a printing problem.  I felt that the printer was not worth fixing. But, I sat at the desk and for about eight hours I finally suffer the ultimate situation. Go spend money , or keep exploring.  The 'Help' topics and HP Repair topics sent me after the real culprit, the driver.  Now I had more reading to do to reinstall the driver.

The exact procedures, in black and white.  I read, followed the easiest of steps to climb and now it looks like I'll get plenty of more time with the easiest printer I have ever owned.

Thank you HP
