HP Pavilion - 15-cs3007tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I had made EMI transaction to purchase laptop - HP Pavilion - 15-cs3007tx on 26th January 2020. There was an active offer between HDFC bank and HP. As per offer was 10% Cashback supposed to be credited in 90 days.

But even after 90 days i haven't received Cashback amount. Can you please raise a complaint to concerned hp Department?.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

 

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
