Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am trying to access the Public Sector Purchasing web pages, but clicking on that link at the bottom of every page, or clicking on the links for my state and type of employment, all result in a 404 Error message making it impossible to access the appropriate Public Sector store.

 

How can I access the Public Sector purchasing site if this error keeps occurring?
