I recently purchased an HP Office Jet 5200 All-in-One series printer, which came with an offer “Your printer included 5 MONTHS OF FREE INK delivered to your door”. The offer said that in order to redeem the 5 free months, during the registration and setup we had to create an HP Instant Ink account, add a shipping address, credit/debit card, and enter a special pin code. Unfortunately we were in an emergency printing situation because our two sons needed their online schoolwork printed immediately (our older HP printer had died), so we had to bypass the setup process. We urgently need to redeem and receive the 5 months of free ink offer, as I lost my job due to the COVID-19 crisis and am looking for work and printing resumes and cover letters for many job applications.
