Hey @SREEHARI2,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!

I am glad that you have joined in because here at the Forums, help is at your fingertips. I read your post and if I understand correctly, you are having an issue signing into your Notebook.

To better assist you, could you please provide me with your Model Number (How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?) and Which Windows Operating Systems you are running

I also have a couple of questions to help me understand the issue better:

Can you sign into your Notebook at all?

Is this happening at the initial startup screen?

Have you reset your password recently?

What windows comes up and fades away?

If you want to show appreciation for my assistance today, please us the Thumbs up button. If you require further assistance, I would be more than happy to continue to help you. Please re-post with the information required above.

Thanks for becoming a member of the support community and reaching out.

Have a good one!

🙂
