I had purchased extended warrenty from Aforeserve.com for my HP laptop on 5-Sep-09 using credit card. I have transaction id which I have provided to Aforeserve-Noida and HP Center-Andheri. But nobody provided neither Care pack id nor retruned my money(if they are not willing to give support). I had check with them over the phone and mail but especially HP Center - Andheri(Simtech) people are fully irresposible.

Aforeserve-Nodia initially replied to my mail and phone but now they also discontinued.

Let me know how to escalate this matter to HP?

 

HP support and thier third party vendors are not upto the mark.

The page is being open but after filling all the fields including radio button of Customer Type 1) Houst Hold 2) Company it still gives error on same field and  could not log a complain.
