Angry HP customer

Last year January I was having with my printer saying there was a paper jam.  I barely used the printer and when I need it, it just stopped working.   I tried every tutorial to fix it and finally tried to call the support. It was a huge hassle and finally they sent me a new one. I haven’t used the new one barely scared that it would break, and of course when I need it it says the exact same error. It’s been just over a year and of course it’s saying the warranty is expired.  I am unable to find any phone number to call, the virtual assistant is useless and no where to file complaints, unless this is the right place.  I honestly don’t normally write complaints, but this is actually ridiculous.

Welcome to HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
