I was trying to contact support for an issue I was having with my HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15z-cp0000. And I noticed on the dashboard it said the device is no longer serviced by HP and thus could not select it to talk to a support agent. I couldn't even find a phone number to call, I had to select a product to speak to an agent. I find it ironic a laptop that I bought less than 5 years ago is no longer serviced but my 9 year old laptop that I still have linked in my dashboard I can still click it and get support for it. I also still have an active warranty for the laptop that is no longer serviceable. I was not made aware that my laptop is no longer serviceable, and would like a refund of my warranty, who can I contact?
