BSOD Again!!!!

Yet another Blue Screen of Death today - Faulty hardware corrupted page. I have had this laptop since March and keep getting problems. This machine is clearly not fit for purpose and never has been. Nobody from HP will reply to emails or phone calls. What can I do? It has already been back twice for repair. I am tired of promises that something will be done and nothing ever is.
