Being Over Charged

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Can anyone give me a phone number for a real person in Accounts to correct the over charges to my account.  The service with HP is absolutely unacceptable.

Are you referring to Instant ink charges?

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Thank you The_Fossette,

 

Unfortunately I have been run around by this process for a few hours prior to my post and it got me nowhere but dizzy and absolutely incensed.  I am struggling very hard to contain my language to only that which is politically acceptable in the circumstance.  My account page clearly indicates that I am on the 50-page program and are charging me for the 300-page program.

HP is very negligent in their customer care / assistance which quite frankly, should be reported.  I fail to see why such conduct should allow a corporate entity to even legally exist.  It looks like I will have to have my card carrier investigate the issue.  Enough said.
