I am reaching out on behalf of someone else. They tried to access the HP community for a question about an HP printer but when they tried inputting their email address they got a screen saying that they had been blocked from the HP community. They don't know why they have been blocked. They are wondering who they can contact and/or how they find out why they have been blocked and what, if anything, they can do to resolve the matter. Does anyone know what they should do? Thank you.
