I am attempting to get help with fixing my printer, but it seems in order to do so I need to select my printer model from a list. Every time I try to click my model of printer (Photosmart 5520) it takes me to a blank page with an error message: Error 404 no content available. I tried calling to avoid the problem but it won't let me talk to anyone without selecting my printer. What should I do? I need help.

If you need to contact HP technical support, you can call this number... 1-(800)-474-6836
This is a peer to peer forum. HP maintains no official presence here, and this forum site is not associated with the HP technical support site.
However, I do see that the links are broken when you click on the product home page.
I will report the issue to a forum administrator, who will then relay the issue to HP.
