Broken Warranty System

I bought a warranty extension for my computer about a month ago and I still haven't received it. I got an email saying that they would add it for me within three weeks but I haven't heard a word from them since. The issue is is that I can't contact them without a warranty for help even though I purchased the warranty. I would have to buy a warranty to ask for help about receiving my other warranty and I'm not sure what to do. There's literally no way to call or email unless I buy another warranty for my warranty.
