1.There are broken links on the hp website. Example: http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Nav?h_pagetype=s-002&h_lang=en&h_cc=us&h_product=3752458&h_client=S-A...

 

2. The link "communicate with the webmaster" leads to anywhere but not to the webmaster...

 

3. It took an eternity to find SOME methord to communicate this to hp, and I'm not quite sure that this is the correct place to do so.

 

My way to the link: searching for my product on the hp website.

...and by finding finally the correct data (don't ask me how), I get the following message by giving my feedback:

The link is broken again. I also tried to get drivers for my computer until I was stumped at http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-110-400-Desktop-PC-series/7161744/model/7269176/drivers?cc=us... which only displays a plain white page. Why are there so many broken links on your website anyway? I've had problems like this before on your website.

Admins are working on the issue

That initial message was in 2011.  The techs were working on it in March 2015.  It's now almost July 2015.  Have they found the issue yet?  I am also getting broken links when trying to follow the troubleshooting tips given to me.  So now I am troubleshooting the troubleshooting - what I am not doing is working.  Buying a HP has become a very expensive decision.
