We have created an HP support account, but we ewerytime and in any browser get the message: "User Is Deactivated"
If I want to complete the profile, I cannot do this because the drop-down menus do not display any content.

Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately, this link does not provide a solution to our question. There is a "User is Deactived" message on top of the profile page, but I have registered for access. And I am not able to fill in the Profile page because the dropdown lists like Time zone and Preferred language are empty.

I am also facing the same problem, is there any solution for this?
