CUSTOMER SERVICES SIMPLY DOES NOT EXIST

I had the unpleasant experience of being on the brink of fire due the battery charger HP Pavilion Notebook dv7 2030ea.
I created this account because the people from HP were not interested in contacting me to elucidate what was going on.
Another reason - the most important one - is that you leave your home and forget the charger plugged in. It could simply catch fire like it happened to me.
You may sleep and you have no idea when you'll be on fire in your own house or in another place
.
The Attitude of HP Customer Service ALL OVER THE WORLD is of absolutely INDIFFERENCE.
Regardless, indifference and unconscious.

HP took the money for the product and WHAT HAVE I GOT?


NO quality PRODUCT
NO quality SERVICE
NO quality CUSTOMER Care.
THE RISK of burning my house.

"Buy a HP, it will "light" your house!!!". This is HP  today - a brand for which its own customers must move to another computer producer and its OwN Employees should follow the same line.

i HAVE NEVER EXPECTED TO FEEL SO MUCH INDIFFERENCE LIKE YOUR BRAND SHOED ME, of course,after I payed for the product, Before the treatment was lovely.

 

It is our right to tell everybody to watch out for their life if they are having an HP product and to reconsider this brand when they will purchase another one in the future. I CAN PROVE ANYTIME the truth of my words.

 

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM YOUR BRAND!!! NEVER EVER!!!

Tell your BIG BOSS to invest some in Customer Relationship Department and not just in Luxury Boats!
