I wondering if anyone could help me, understand what is happening with my computer. I had an encounter with Hp online rep, who refuse to help me with an issue, I was having with my computer at the time and still having at this moment. The rep refused to help with my issue until purchase a new warranty, and wouldn't offer the option to pay by card. After that, I notice my HP profile was deleted and I can't access any of hp service or even purchase a new warranty for my computer. So I created a new profile and add my computer to the new profile and still can't access anything. thanks for your help
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
