How can I fix this?  The error message reads:

 

400 Bad Request
Request Header Or Cookie Too Large

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.
 

The HP Support site is going through some updates and certain browsers might not be working with HP Websites 

 

I suggest you try using a different browser like Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox for now

 

Also reset your regular browser and delete the cookies, then try accessing the HP Support Site
