I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thanks, it does seem to be working now, this was the site below that I was trying to access.  And another but I forget at the moment.

I too am receiving the following error. It is extremely frustrating as I have just purchased a printer and need to look at the user manual - which I can only do online as one was not shipped with the product - but I can't. Is there any way HP can email me the user guide for the HP PageWide Pro MFP 477 dw urgently please?

Yes, it's a weird problem Susan.  It is resolved by using a different pathway (for lack of better term) but for the life of me can't remember how I fix it.  Happens often with me also.
