Hi,

 

What is the model/product of your computer ? For  HP Pavilion x2 Detachable PC (model number 10-k0XX) you can use microSD card and very safe to use card with 32GB as mentioned on page #1 of its Maintenance and Service Guide:

 

            Integrated micro SD Card Reader expandable to 32-GB
