Hi HP Community,

Please help. I bought HP envy laptop last month in Toronto Canada and later I also bought HP care pack but due to RAM issue I had to return laptop. Now I m trying to cancel my HP care pack but I m moving between India, US and Canada HP Care. Please suggest how can I cancel my HP care pack order.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Unfortunately, the Care pack cannot be canceled. We can be transferred to a new notebook.
