Cancel a subscription

Mobile fax

I can’t find a way to cancel my mobile fax subscription I have a trial and it’s going to be charged soon and I want to cancel it but I can’t find where to do

I don't know.

I know what you are asking - I don't know how to cancel or determine a way to manage the service.



  • I have submitted a request that someone take a look.
  • Please know that because our Community is not HP Technical Support, we are not a direct conduit to HP.
  • When there is a response, a Community moderator / agent will (should) post back on this thread before using other methods to contact you.

Mobile fax service via HP Smart app is free for a limited time and a limited number of pages. HP has the right to disable the service at any time for any reason for anyone or all users. HP has the right to delete accounts and all related files, records, and access. Please review the terms of service by clicking here.
