Laptop

I ordered and paid for a laptop May 2.  It was supposed to be delivered Jun 3rd.  Now my account says it will not be shipped till July 5th!  I have been hung up on and placed on hold for over an hour trying to cancel my order.  Please help!  I want to cancel my order and get a refund.  I cannot wait another month for a computer I need one for work asap!
