I placed an order online but wanted to add a feature to the computer. I called and spoke to a lady that said it’s not possible to add after I already placed the order. So I told her to cancel my order that I had just placed prior to calling. She assured me the order was canceled and I will receive a refund in 5 business days. It is now almost 3 weeks. So on the HP online account the computer shows as still processing. I called again to make sure and once again they said it was canceled and everything would be ok. I am frustrated and stressed out over this. I want my money back on my card NOW. Stop playing around with people hard earned money.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
