Canceling order

Hi,

I recently accidentally placed an order on a pc which after I immediately realised I did so went ahead and requested it be canceled. I got an e-mail telling me they would come in contact within 48 hours but I also receive another one saying my order had been dispatched. Thing is I don't want it. Do I wait or is there some other procedure because I don't have enough money to spend on that pc and the other I ordered (which was the one I wanted).

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I haven't received any messages yet plz this is important as I don't have the ability to keep 2 pc's it will be a huge economical burden.
