Cancelled order

HP Pavilion 15 Laptop PC

I entered this morning to see the Black Friday offers and I saw the Pavilion 15 with a ryzen 7 at a very affordable price so I decided to order it, I received the verification to the email that my order had been processed and I received the notification from the bank that the purchase had been approved but two seconds later they send me an email saying that my order has been canceled and without any reason and also without the money in the account until God knows when.

I cannot explain what happened.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
