I'm not sure where to get help with this. I've had my HPShopping account since 2005. I've had no issues logging into the account to purchase ink, but now I can't log in. I get the following error:

 

Email profile already exists in our system. Please try again with different email.

I've changed my password twice in the last few months: first when I saw this error as I thought it would be fixed by doing so; second today when I received an e-mail at 2:03 am saying that someone tried to access my account. I can get into my regular HP account with no problem. I've tried contacting the shopping site's support and no one has contacted me back. I really need some help with this. I know I can find the ink elsewhere, and I may have to do so if this cannot be resolved.
