Hey @Passegua,

It looks like you cut and paste directly from their response, what happens if you just type it in, instead of pasting? It could be there is something you are pasting in that is not allowed.

Guys, 

 

Did you try removing "HP" from the product name? As far as I understood, when you insert a Product Name and/or OS, the system automatically creates a tag.
