Hello,

 

I posted a question on the HP support community page under the Video/Touch topic and the reply icon shows at the top says there are 2 replies to it but when I scroll down the replies are missing or absent. Why? I have a screen recording to show what I'm talking about below.

I cannot answer definitively either of the two (same question) threads - the subject is outside of my area of expertise.
 
Were it mine to do, I would check / run Diagnostics (as available) to see if there is something to be learned from the tests.
 
What else?  No idea - I tend to replace things if they are not in Warranty and stop working. 
Not a very targeted approach, I think.
