I have been trying to apply for the care pack on my printer to extend the warranty to 3 years however it goes through then says there is an issue with the payment however when i look at my bank, it is showing the payment as pending (my bank is one that shows transaction requests straight away and reserves my balance for it) with no issues! I thought the first time it might be an issue so tried again and now its done the same twice!
While i plan to dispute these transactions IF they are charged this is not really professional, not only have I not been able to add on a care pack to my printer and being actively prevented from this, you are actively putting a pending transaction against my card everytime i try!
Can this please be looked into?
