Hi,

sorry to use the wrong board, I couldn't find anything better for my issue.

I bought in the first week of may a laptop, I found out the warranty dates was wrong and disputed it. It was changed.

The day after I bought a care pack extending for 2 years the warranty, it was registered starting from the erroneous "factory" date. I disputed it again and after many emails I got my basic warranty being anticipated to factory dates again as a resolution.

I disputed again asking for both dates to be fixed, and my basic warranty was fixed.

I disputed again, after 8 days of I don't know how many contacts, I got 2 hours ago a resolution saying now the date is fixed and... I still see in personal dashboard the wrong date for the care pack.

Is there a delay between the date changed and being available in the dashboard?

Or should I dispute again, unfortunately today ended my time to send back the laptop, it's just ridicolous. I hope I'll never need their support for some hardware issue, because if this is the level of the support...

Thanks for the answer and to offer your help.

This morning the dates are correctly displayed, so it was a matter of alignment between systems I guess.

2 weeks and 3 requests, but at the end it was solved. Let's hope for the future it will be better!
