Pavilion 15 care package
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I’ve just bought a pavilion 15 and purchased the 3 year care pack with it but trying to register the care pack just get error saying not compatible with the product number !?

I have escalated your concern to HP’s Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options. 

 

You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding Holidays & Weekends). 

 

Response times may vary by region.

Thanks my email was eventually answered and it was an error the care pack should not of been available hopefully my refund is on the way back
