Case with no answer for over 3 days

I created case [Personal Information Removed]because HP incorrectly claims that my warranty expired in September when I purchased the laptop directly from amazon.com (not a reseller) last February. The product description clearly says 1-year manufacturer warranty when purchased directly from amazon.com.

 

The laptop does not turn on, not even a light. I haven't been able to contact anyone on HP about this issue yet. I created case [Personal Information Removed]on Monday first to correct the warranty period issue. However, no answer so far. Tomorrow is Friday and the laptop is dead, warranty wrongfully expired by HP and no answer from HP support on case [Personal Information Removed]. And I haven't been able to find a phone number to talk to a human, the automated assistant is useless, at least for these situations. What should be my next step?
