Cashback details no longer available

Hp 250 g6 i3 128 ssd
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought the note book on 17 April 18 from ebuyer, £50 cashback if bought before end of April and keep for 30 days, as it's coming up to the 30 day point looking to get the cashback but cannot see it on the site anymore can someone please help me.

Is this an HP sponsored certificate?  That is, did you purchase the item from HP?

 

Or

 

Is this something promised to you from a different online retailer (ebuyer)?

 

IF the online retailer promised the cashback offer, contact that online retailer.

 

 

If HP sponsored the cashback and you purchased the device from HP, then contact HP Technical Support or the HP online store from whom you purchased the product.
