HP Chromebook x360 14 inch 14b-cd0000 (8U8Z9AV)

After a very extensive online chat I was asked to mail the Chromebook to HP, mailed out the end of September, once received my online account said the Chromebook would be returned to me 10/11.  Weekly I log on to the chat and talk to someone who cannot give me any information.  Has anyone else had this issue where they sent a product to be fixed and then never could get any information or receive the product back?  What did you do?  Any advice would be appreciated.

May I know do you have any existing case number ? Could you please share in a private message?
