And im From Singapore. Very thankful to HP for providing such a wonderful service for fixing my Homeplug issue, which we thought was a hardware problem. Like Maybe the Ethernet card is spoilt.
HP was very thorough and knowledgeable in identifying my problem which was actually a software issue.
Though the thing took some time, especially when there was a part where system restore was required (took approx. 20 Mins) , HP was very patient throughout the process.
Like to mention Spencer, the guy who served me during the call service, was especially helpful.
