Complaint about Customer Service

I sent my computer into HP over 5 weeks ago for a faulty battery which had expanded. At first they told me that they are waiting on a part. After 4 weeks of waiting patiently for my computer then I get an email saying that the screen has a crack in it. Well, it wasn't a crack, they smashed it and then tried to blame me. I now find out over 5 weeks later that they are again waiting on a part, this time it is a display panel. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a service centre and I would like the manager to call me to fix this issue. I provided a computer in good condition other than the battery and now I am expected to accept a computer that has been dropped as a replacement.

Can someone please, please, please get back to me once you have looked at all photos and provide me with the service your company should be giving everyone.
