Hello, does anyone know how I can escalate a complaint? I need to speak with a manager. My daughter recently purchased a new laptop, however, she hasn't received the goods and we keep being fobbed off by the so called 'customer support'.

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

 

If you purchased the device from the HP Store - the store Customer Service Department continues to be your best resource to receive updates on the delivery.

 

What?

We are not a private channel to Sales or Service - our Community is a user group. 

We cannot influence delivery times.

 

That said, I will send a request to our moderator team for review and possible escalation.

Should there be a response, the agent will contact you here before using other means to send you a message.
